Refund & EMI Reversal Policy;

  • No Refund After Successful Posting: Once a transaction is successfully posted to the customer's loan account, it will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Delayed Posting to Loan Account: If the amount is debited from the customer’s bank account and marked as successful by the bank but not yet posted to the SCNL loan account, it will be reflected in the customer’s loan account within 3–5 working days.
  • Failed Posting to Loan Account: If a successful transaction cannot be posted to any of the customer’s loan accounts due to any reason, the amount will be refunded to the original source within 8–10 working days.
  • Discretionary Clause: SCNL reserves the right to revise or modify the refund and cancellation policy at its sole discretion.
