Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Giving Back To The Community That Made Us

In business terms, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an approach that contributes to sustainable development by delivering economic, social and environmental benefits for all stakeholders. At Satin Creditcare, CSR is merely an extension of our company’s vision, mission and values. Since its inception, SCNL has regularly worked towards enhancing these benefits for the community it serves, by means of organizing centre leader workshops, medical camps, sanitation drives, financial literacy trainings and more. Since 2015, SCNL has also been actively donating to non-profits and NGOs as part of its CSR mandate, with the hope that these extended associations will offer wider opportunities for SCNL to aid and contribute in the betterment of the society and making it a better place to live.

As part of its CSR efforts, SCNL also supports the Maharaja Agrasen Hospital Charitable Trust (MAHCT), a society created in 1980 with the objective of providing free medical aid regardless of caste, creed and religion. In order to achieve these objectives, MAHCT labours to provide training for doctors, nurses and paramedical staff, while setting up, managing and organizing hospitals, dispensaries, charitable institutions and medical institutions.

SCNL’s contribution towards the MAHCT has been primarily aimed at establishing a medical university at Noona Mazra, Tehsil-Bahadurgarh, Jhajjar in Haryana, with the hope of broadening admission opportunities for medical students, promoting higher education and enhancing their professional job prospects. It is SCNL’s belief that helping aspiring doctors will in turn inspire better medical treatment and more compassion for the needy.
