  1. Personal Information
    1. “Personal Information” includes:

      2. Email addresses of Clients
  2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
    Personal information will be collected on company’s website (www.satincreditcare.com) and received via email by company. Company may collect, store, access and use Personal Information solely to the extent required for Company for accessing credibility of customers for the purpose of satin services.
  3. Sharing of Personal Information with Third Parties
    Company shall not publish, sell, give on rent, trade or otherwise transfer Personal Information to third parties, except as may be required by law, or pursuant to the order of a court or regulatory authority, or in order for Company to enforce its rights, or expressly permitted by clients/customers or as expressly stated by this Policy. In the event Company needs to share Personal Information with third parties, Company shall enter into non-disclosure agreements or equivalent covenants that are, at the least, as protective as the provisions of this Policy.
  4. Choice
    Company reasonably presumes that Clients who make available Personal Information to Company are doing so out of their own volition. Company does not compel Clients to disclose Personal Information.
  5. Security
    Company shall take all reasonable precautions by way of using current industry standard technologies such as archiving mails and storing them with 128-bit encryption to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
  6. Compliance
    Company shall always cooperate with regulatory authorities and investigating agencies in India in the matter of treatment of Personal Information.
  7. Amendments
    Company may modify this Policy in its sole discretion at any time.
  8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy.

This privacy policy has been drafted in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • No transaction will be refunded back to the customer once it is successfully posted to customer’s loan account.
  • If amount has been debited from customer’s bank account and the transaction is confirmed as successful by customer’s bank but not posted to customer’s loan account, then, it will be posted in customer’s loan account in 3-5 working days.
  • If such successful transaction could not be posted to any of the loan accounts of the customer due to any reason, then, it will be refunded back to the source in 8-10 working days.
  • Revision of refund & cancellation policy is at the sole discretion of the company Satin Creditcare Network Limited.
