Job Description:
- Manage 4 Internal Audit Teams (8 Auditors total) and review Branch Audit reports
- Conduct Audit compliances
- Conduct Division Office Audits and Compliances
- Train staff in Audit process
- Report directly to Head of Internal Audit
Requirements:
- Must have both microfinance and audit experience (both process and transactions)
- Should have an MBA
- Must be willing to travel

Microfinance Internship
Overview: Satin is looking for qualified, passionate and talented individuals who are interested in microfinance and/or have microfinance experience for a 12-18 month period. Internships will consist of a variety of short and long-term projects for the organization. This will be a paid position.
Qualifications: Candidates should have a demonstrated record of academic excellence and professional work experience (at least 2-3 years) in consulting, finance, accounting, marketing, operations, and/or MIS so that they can make significant contributions to a growing organization.
Communications Manager
Job Description:
- Manage all external and internal communications for the company
- Lead the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, newsletters, etc.
- Attend seminars/conferences on behalf of the company
- Handle all communication with microfinance industry and policy organizations
Qualifications:
- College graduate (preferably with a degree in marketing/communications)
- Must be outgoing, personable, confident, and organized
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in Microfinance is a plus but not required
